How are you doing? This past weekend was tough, but was good!! My parents took us out to an engagement celebration dinner at this amazing Italian restaurant. I didn't eat the bread, drink or have dessert! (dessert isn't really my thing anyway!) I made B get a salad and we shared it and then I got the mussel app, and asked them to hold on the butter... it was delish!
I'm heading to the gym tonight, tomorrow morning, maybe tomorrow afternoon ... our next weigh in is on Wednesday morning!!!!!

Hello sister!
I am committed from this day forward! We just started Biggest Loser at work today, and my weigh in was atrocious. Sigh. So it runs for 10 weeks... and I have a lofty goal, but its doable. 30 lbs. Let's do this!
We had to weigh in with a buddy, and it was too funny - at least 6 girls came and grabbed me and asked me to be their buddy! It was nice! :)
How was the breakfast temptation!!!! I hope it didn't tempt you to eat it!!!!!

JULS!!
I have created this blog for the two of us to share our ups, downs and struggle with weight loss and fitness! This will be like we are right there with each other losing weight and getting in shape!!!
I had a weight in this morning (just myself and the dreaded scale) and it wasn't pretty... BUT since New Year's (two whole days!) I've had good eating habits - now I just have to motivate myself to go to the gym! Also, I measured every piece of myself that I want to improve - I suggest it - its MUCH more satisfying in the end then shedding pounds.

Oh, and here is a delish recipe I wanted to share, if you like Quinoa!!!
