sortof like this bracelet I wore for a few weeks (but it stopped working, it was the jawbone that the article says sucked) but it was really cool while it worked. I am thinking of replacing it with a slightly more advanced one. I'm still entering food into weight watchers too. It's much harder to overeat when I'm working on writing down every single bite I take. And the warrior diet... Fail last night for Chris. Chips and salsa with frozen hash browns and left over french toast casserole. He knows he did a bad job though and he's buying vegetables for dinner tonight. I worked out this morning and last night. I love getting my workouts over in the morning but it's so hard to get up!
I have something like this that I've never used! My Aunt gave it to me for my 30th! I should try it! Its a good idea - I have NO idea how many calories I burn, unless I do 45 minutes on the Precor (which I did last night!!) and burned almost 500 calories! I'm paying for it today! But glad I burned them!!! Warrior Diet FAIL! Chris seemed excited about it... maybe he needs a little motivation! I remember B told me Tommy did P90X one time and lost a TON of weight! Get Tommy in on the weight loss thing too!!! I need to get my butt out of bed in the AM. It is SO hard. But in the past, once I start doing it, I get used to it and LOVE to have my nights back. For instance - I did go last night, after I worked late and had to stop by my sisters - but that equals me eating dinner at 9:00 pm and I HATE THAT! Maybe I should tell myself to text/Facebook you in the morning for motivation to get up and at it! Did you measure yourself yet?!
