Tomorrow is the first Biggest Loser weight in. I'm starting to get nervous! BUT I've been good and I know I'll show some good numbers.

    How's the biggest loser going? I'm so imspired about your 10lb loss in a week! Shannon was here until yesterday and all she wanted to do was eat and drink our way through her favorite Vermont memories. Breakfast, coffee, brunch, beer, martinis, dinner, appetizers, donuts, more beer, snacks... It was so hard, and so expensive! After the weekend we just had, too. I'm not feeling well this week, especially today. I have a cold and I haven't wanted to work out at all. This is a dangerous scenario! I had a twix today and a cookie 2 days ago too- got to get back on track.
    Chris is doing well with his diet though, he seems to really like it. I finally have time today to go grocery shopping and buy some realistic food for the rest of the week.
    Hope you're doing great! So wonderful to see you this weekend. Hope we can do it again soon.
